Remanufactured Honda F22A1 cylinder head. These are a F22A1 POB – 1 casting head. Please note that valve lash has not been set on this head, as lash must be set after install to ensure proper torque to specification. Our cylinder heads are rebuilt to standards above OEM specifications.
