Repair Shop

Metric Motors is not only a full service machine shop, but also a full service/heavy line repair shop for all makes and models, with expertise from antiques to modern vehicles.

We offer diagnosis, repair, overhaul and replacement of all main systems in a car or truck except tires and emissions/registrations. Our shop rate is $160 an hour for service and repair, and our base diagnosis cost is $160 for most concerns and issues.

Metric Motor’s technicians are certified and experienced working with all gasoline vehicles, hybrid vehicles, diesel vehicles, service trucks, fleet vehicles, and antiques. If we can fit it on our lift, we can fix it. This includes sand rails, trophy trucks, race cars, custom vehicles, and more. We have a long pedigree in motorsports and some of our most dedicated customers trust us to build vehicles they’ll push to the limit time and time again. We also do conversions and engine swaps, like installing a Subaru motor into a Volkswagen Vanagon, one of our popular options.
